Etobicoke Neighbourhood Officers “not your ordinary police”

The newly enhanced Neighbourhood Officer program, a pilot project, was launched in August in four divisions throughout Toronto, including 22 Division. The other divisions that are part of the project are 41 and 42, both in Scarborough, along with 11 Division in the Bloor West Village area.
